Wraya chat notice: Do not send payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, API keys, security codes, or other highly sensitive credentials through the website chat. Payment and deposit information should only be entered through the secure booking or payment provider presented during the booking process.

Information we collect

When you use this website or Wraya, we may process information you choose to provide, including your messages, name, email address, phone number, service interests, booking-related information, and contact preferences. We may also use a randomly generated browser identifier and limited technical data needed to maintain chat continuity, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, provide requested services, assist with booking or handoff, respond to inquiries, maintain conversation continuity, secure and troubleshoot the service, and operate Walker Systems & Automation.

AI-assisted processing

Wraya is an AI-assisted system. Messages may be processed by service providers that support hosting, AI processing, CRM, booking, messaging, email delivery, and related business operations. We limit access and use to what is reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.

Contact information and consent

Providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages. When text-message consent is requested, service or booking-related texts and marketing texts are presented as separate choices. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

If you consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent may be disclosed only to service providers and processors that support Walker Systems & Automation in delivering requested communications and services, such as messaging, CRM, booking, hosting, security, and related operational providers, and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide those services.

Booking and payments

Wraya may assist with service selection, provider selection, availability, and booking. Depending on the business and booking platform, Wraya may complete a supported booking directly or guide you to a secure booking page. Payment card and deposit details are handled by the applicable booking or payment provider and should not be submitted in Wraya chat.

Browser storage

The website assistant may store a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage so the same browser can resume an active conversation. This identifier is not intended to be a password or authentication credential.

Data retention and security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional contact information or marketing consent. You can also choose to continue using Wraya anonymously for general questions where identification is not required.

Third-party services

Links to booking, payment, social, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
