Walker Systems & Automation ✦ Managed Client Growth for Multi-Provider Beauty
Wraya is the managed client growth system for multi-provider beauty businesses. WSA manages the conversations, follow-up, booking support, recovery workflows, and revenue visibility behind the scenes so your team can stay focused on clients.
✦ Book a Compatibility Review ✦Built for salons, beauty bars, and multi-provider beauty studios ready for client operations that can keep up with growth.
Growing your beauty business should not mean exposing more revenue every time client volume increases. The right system protects demand, keeps follow-up moving, and gives your team room to focus on the client experience.
Most established beauty businesses don't have a service problem. They have a capacity problem.
More inquiries. More providers. More appointments. More channels. More follow-up. More opportunities for something to get missed.
When client communication depends on someone on your team being available at exactly the right moment, revenue and client experience start slipping through the cracks. That's a systems problem.
The problem isn't your team. It's the revenue and client experience left exposed when growth still depends on manual follow-up.
Use four numbers from your business to estimate the appointment value tied to inquiries that are not answered or followed up within your target response time.
How this estimate works: monthly inquiries × the share not addressed within your target response time × your typical qualified-inquiry booking rate × average appointment value. Illustrative opportunity estimate only — not projected revenue, profit, or a performance guarantee.

WSA configures Wraya around your brand voice, services, active providers, policies, booking paths, escalation rules, CRM, and supported integrations.
Most standard implementations are completed within 7–10 business days once we have the required access and onboarding materials. Every enabled workflow is tested before activation.
WSA monitors performance and exceptions, maintains the system, and continually improves how Wraya supports conversations, follow-up, recovery, and visibility as your business evolves.
Pronounced “Raya”
The Managed Client Growth System by WSA
Wraya brings intelligent client conversations, connected client context, booking guidance, follow-up, recovery workflows, and revenue visibility into one managed system for your business.
Her AI handles the conversation. WSA manages the CRM, automation, business rules, integrations, monitoring, and workflow logic behind it.
The goal is not to replace the client experience your team creates. It is to make sure more of the demand your business already generates is handled consistently — after hours, during appointments, and when your front desk is already busy.
Wraya’s capabilities are grouped into four connected layers. Each feature below shows both the capability and, in plain English, what it is doing for your team.
Handle more inquiries without making every question another front-desk task.
Recognize when someone is ready to move — and reduce the places qualified leads stall.
Keep client activity moving after the first inquiry or appointment instead of relying on someone to remember every follow-up.
Turn client activity into useful owner-level signals instead of another dashboard full of noise.
Wraya is configured around your existing business systems. Compatibility and enabled workflows are confirmed during your Compatibility Review before enrollment.
Wraya is not priced like a single-purpose answering tool because WSA manages the system around the conversation — the client context, CRM, follow-up, recovery logic, integrations, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Wraya does not cost more because the AI talks better. It costs more because WSA manages the system around the conversation.
Before founding Walker Systems & Automation, I worked on AI training and evaluation projects that built practical experience in how generative AI responds, fails, and improves through structured feedback.
I built WSA because growing beauty businesses often lose opportunities for a very ordinary reason: client communication becomes harder to manage as volume, providers, and responsibilities increase. Wraya applies disciplined AI, workflow design, and operational systems to that problem — not just generic chatbot setup.
WSA builds and manages the systems behind that growth so your team can deliver a faster, more consistent client experience without adding another manual queue.
See what changes when Wraya is supported by a managed system for conversations, follow-up, booking support, recovery workflows, and visibility — without adding another manual queue to your team.

Wraya is a managed service, not a software seat. Founding and Standard clients receive the same managed Wraya foundation; Founding Client Pricing is a limited early-client rate, not a reduced feature set.
A protected early-client base rate for the first five qualified businesses willing to build real-world proof with WSA.
The standard Wraya rate once Founding Client availability closes. Same managed foundation, same provider structure, same configuration standard.
Setup covers configuration, provider and service mapping, approved integrations, business rules, testing, and launch.
Setup discount only. Recurring Wraya pricing, monthly provider fees, Voice, and usage are not discounted. Provider 6+ also adds $150/provider/month to recurring service.
Extend Wraya to the phone so routine calls can be handled using the same service knowledge, business rules, booking guidance, and handoff logic as the rest of your client experience.
Wraya is WSA’s managed client growth system for multi-provider beauty businesses. Wraya provides the conversational intelligence while WSA manages the supporting CRM, automation, business rules, recovery workflows, integrations, monitoring, and optimization around the client journey.
No. Wraya Website Chat and Wraya Voice are channels within the broader Wraya system. The managed Wraya foundation also supports lead capture, booking guidance, connected client context, follow-up, revenue recovery workflows, CRM and pipeline operations, and revenue visibility.
Wraya is configured around your business voice, services, policies, providers, and client experience so responses stay consistent and on-brand. You also define human-handoff rules for situations your team should handle directly.
Most standard Wraya implementations are completed within 7–10 business days after WSA receives the required access, service information, provider information, and onboarding materials. Larger or unusually complex builds may require a custom timeline.
Wraya is built primarily for salons, beauty bars, and other multi-provider appointment-based beauty businesses with enough client volume and operational complexity to benefit from managed conversations, follow-up, booking support, and revenue recovery workflows.
We review your team structure, provider count, communication channels, booking platform, current workflows, and integration requirements before enrollment. WSA only enrolls a business when we can establish a reliable, authorized integration path for the Wraya setup being sold. Your enabled workflows are confirmed before you pay an implementation fee.
That is what the Compatibility Review is designed to determine. If WSA cannot support the Wraya setup your business needs, we will tell you before you pay an implementation fee. Once launched, WSA monitors and optimizes the workflows included in your approved scope. If a workflow WSA committed to is not functioning as designed, we investigate and correct it as part of the managed service.
Usually, no. WSA first looks for a reliable authorized integration path around your existing booking environment. If your current platform cannot support the Wraya setup we would need to deliver, we will tell you during the Compatibility Review rather than sell you a reduced version of the system.
Yes, when the approved booking integration supports reliable direct booking. If a booking environment only supports guided handoff, WSA will identify that during the Compatibility Review and will not present direct booking as part of your approved scope.
WSA does not force a full Wraya implementation onto a booking environment that cannot support it reliably. We look for an authorized integration path first. If the required appointment or client data cannot be accessed reliably enough for the agreed system, we will tell you before enrollment.
Wraya includes up to 5 active bookable providers per location. Each active bookable provider after the first 5 adds $150 per month and a $150 provider setup fee when that provider is added and configured. Non-bookable owners, receptionists, administrators, or staff do not automatically count as paid providers.
Wraya is priced per location. Locations 1–5 use the normal calculated setup fee. Beginning with location 6, each additional enrolled location receives 20% off that location’s calculated setup fee. That discount applies to setup only — recurring Wraya pricing, monthly provider fees, Voice, and usage remain unchanged.
Founding Client Pricing is limited to the first 5 qualified businesses. The base rate is $697 per month per location with a 3-month initial commitment, or $897 per month per location month-to-month from the start. The selected founding base rate remains protected for the originally enrolled location while Wraya service remains continuously active, subject to the signed agreement. If service is cancelled and later restarted, then-current pricing applies.
The applicable implementation fee is due at signup. Setup starts at $1,297 per location and includes the first 5 active bookable providers. Each additional provider after the first 5 adds $150 to that location’s setup. Beginning with location 6, each additional enrolled location receives 20% off its calculated setup fee. Your monthly Wraya retainer is not charged during the build; monthly billing begins from the Activation Date defined in your agreement.
Wraya is available two ways: the lower base rate with a 3-month initial commitment, or month-to-month from the start for $200 more per location each month. After the 3-month commitment is completed, service continues month-to-month at the contracted base rate unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
Wraya Voice is optional. It is $250 per month per location and includes 200 voice minutes per location each month. Additional voice usage is billed at $0.85 per minute.
WSA manages the WSA-side CRM, automation, AI, and infrastructure required for the Wraya service. If your business keeps an existing third-party booking platform or another external subscription, that provider’s fees remain your responsibility.
